Although not a photo workshop per se. I attended a Cass Railfan Weekend in West Virginia on May 17-19, 2013 sponsored by the Mountain State Railroad & Logging Historical Association (MSR&LHA). For the 50th anniversary Cass Railfan Weekend, MSR&LHA scheduled three days filled with different train trips and runby locations, using four Shay locomotives. Over 300 photographers attended this event.
